The new tablets produce a red coloration more brilliant and brighter with the added benefit of dissolving in the buffer faster.

Fast-Red Tablets (cat. # FRT) is a widely used chromogen for immunohisto-chemical staining and immunoblotting. When in the presence of the Alk-Phos enzyme, Fast-Red produces a bright red precipitate. Use these tablets in conjunction with Naphthol Phosphate Buffer (cat. # NPB). (Kit cat. # NF0001)
