Alkaline Phosphatase Blue Kit.

Alk-Phos Blue creates a stark contrast, intense blue resulting as an excellent option when in need of a double-staining alternative. AP Blue (catalog number APB-60) is available in a 60ml working solution. The kit includes 60ml of buffer, 2ml of concentrate, 2ml of activator, a mixing vial, and transfer pipette.

Last year we received many requests from our marketing partners to develop additional chromogenic substrates for immunohistochemical staining. We are very pleased to feature our new "Alk-Phos Blue" for use in IHC staining when using alkaline phosphatase as the enzyme.

As seen above, the new reagent produces crisp blue staining of particular interest in double staining procedures. Rapid dehydration and clearing results in a modest reduction of color intensity.
