Pepsin, Stabilized Solution. This month we are pleased to feature our Ready-to-Use, Pepsin developed specially to improve immunohistochemical results, in an easy to use format. Our Pepsin requires no mixing prior to use and is stable for a minimum of nine months after manufacturing. Immediately prior to application of the primary antibody, the Pepsin is applied for 10 minutes at 37° Centigrade. In many cases the use of Pepsin results in optimal staining without the need of more time consuming retrieval techniques.
