Fast-Red Substrate Pack
Fast-Red Substrate Pack

Is a widely used chromogen for immunohistochemical staining and immunoblotting. When in the presence of the Alkaline-Phosphatase enzyme, Fast-Red produces a bright red precipitate that is soluble in alcohol and must be used with an aqueous mounting media (AMT030). For convenience, Fast-Red is available in a convenient pack or in economical larger volumes (1 tablet dissolved in 5ml of buffer).
