Office Assitant

Education Required:High School + some college
Experience Required:One year of experience in a similar position, receptionist, customer service or office assistant. Telephone & Front Desk Reception, Customer Service, Filing, Database & Records Management, Executive & Administrative Support, Reports, Complaint Handling, Data Entry (75 WPM), Outlook, Windows Vista/XP, Word, and Excel.
Job Description:Excel in role requiring the ability to handle a variety of customer service and administrative tasks and resolve customer issues with expediency. Demonstrate proficiencies in telephone and front-desk reception within a high-stress environment. The ability Research and rapidly solved problems and rebuild client trust to prevent the loss of key accounts. Display ability to create reports, attention to detail, exemplary customer service delivery and team-player attitude.
Job Duties:Answer main phone lines, new accounts, customer orders, customer service, data entry, assist administration, filing, assist with accounts payable, purchasing, receiving, to assist as needed with manufacturing (ability to lift 40 lbs).

Field Sales Representative

Education Required:Bachelor of Science w/ Experience In Related Field
Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in a Life Science, training or certification in histology, or technically related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred. Highly motivated professional team player. Demonstrated track record of success with capital equipment and/or reagent systems sales; 2-4 years Strong verbal/written communication skills, with experience of MS Office programs required. Willing to travel throughout assigned sales region.
Job Description:This position reports to the National Sales Manager and will have a primary responsibility for demonstrating/training customers or potential customers on the equipment and reagent systems.
Job Duties:Attain sales growth target within assigned territory.
Provide timely and effective sales services to our customers and to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotes and help facilitate closing and additional business from accounts.
Ability to grasp complex technology solutions and maintain an understanding of our marketplace and those of our competitors.
Provides assistance on sales team, marketing and technical service with customer complaints, new business opportunities, etc.
Responsible for determining the need for and scheduling of training classes or seminars for customers and self.
Attend tradeshows, help set up workshops.
Proactively learn the product line.
Performs other duties as assigned.
